Metal Fountain, Barnsley

We powder coated a substantial metal fountain measuring 2500mm in diameter and weighing half a ton for an outdoor installation. The surface underwent thorough clinical preparation: all mill scale was removed by sanding to achieve a clean, sound substrate. A high-performance REDOX primer was applied to provide excellent corrosion protection and adhesion.

The fountain was then finished with RAL 9005 (jet black) satin powder coat, delivering a smooth, elegant low-sheen appearance.

This durable coating system ensures long-term resistance to weathering, UV exposure, and water contact while maintaining a premium aesthetic. The completed fountain now stands as a striking, low-maintenance feature with a flawless, professional black satin finish.
