Heavy-Duty Frame and Cladding Sheets Powder Coating

We successfully powder coated a 2-ton frame and cladding sheets for a client, delivering a vibrant RAL 3001 GLOSS finish using Akzo Nobel’s architectural-grade powder.

The project required a Korroprimer undercoat for enhanced adhesion and corrosion resistance. To handle the frame’s size and weight, we designed a custom heavy-duty trolley to transport it into the curing oven.

This innovative solution ensured safe handling and a uniform, high-quality coating. The result was a durable, visually striking finish that met the client’s exacting standards.
