Scaffolding Gates, Barnsley

We powder coated a large batch of scaffolding gates for a major construction contractor in RAL 1028 Gloss (Melon Yellow).

The gates were heavily used, exposed to harsh weather, and prone to rust. After thorough pre-treatment and application of a high-durability polyester powder, the finished gates achieved excellent corrosion resistance, high visibility, and a professional uniform appearance.

Result: The client reported significantly extended product lifespan, reduced maintenance costs and improved site safety due to the bright, long-lasting color.
